*   The new law takes effect on 7/1/2020
 *   APRNs WILL NOT automatically assume autonomous practice on 7/1/2020. There  will be a registration application to complete and submit to the Board of Nursing for approval
 *   The Board staff cannot predetermine eligibility for the autonomous practice registration requirements
 *   Additional information will be posted on the Board's website once the Board has confirmed an implementation plan for the new law following its June 5th meeting
