Hello Everyone,

The NE Chapter of GAPNA would like to spread some holiday cheer by sending holiday cards to those in long term care facilities ( on Cape Cod), who have been very isolated due to COVID restrictions. Please see the attached notice for more information. We hope to make a difference for these folks.
