CBAPN 2021 Officer Elections
The ballot below should be completed by Tuesday January 26, 2021.  Please send responses to coastalbendapn@msn.com.  

1. Nominee for President-Elect - Ilaria Reyes

The President-Elect shall:
A. Carry on the duties of the President in the latter’s absence.
B. Assume the duties of the President when necessary to fill an unexpired term.
C. Serve as chairperson of the Program Committee.
D. The term of office to be one year.
E. Assume the office of President after the term of office ends.

* 2. The Nominee for Corresponding Secretary - Kristy Aleman

The Corresponding Secretary shall:
A. Provide oversight of major mail outs.
B. Provide notifications of meetings and elections.
C. Maintain the membership databases.
D. Term of office to be one year.

* 3. The Nominee for Treasurer - Margie Rodriguez/Cristi Day Co-Treasurers

The Treasurer shall:

1. Manage the financial records of the association.
2. Submit a written report of finances and funds at each regular business meeting.
3. Prepare an annual report at the last meeting of the year.
4. The term of office to be two years.
5. Attend all group monthly business meetings of the association (with an exception for two excused absences).
