17 of those members are within the 1st year of their career...

189 of them are "regular" members. Which means you are a practicing NP with greater than 1 year experience..

We have over 430 EXPIRED members... 

That means you were once an active member in one of the tiers listed above, but have decided not to renew

My question to you is WHY?

Why did you join LANP?

Why are you still a Member?

Why have you let your membership expire?

Why have you not renewed?
