APRN'S of Columbus and West Ga.  The Columbus Health Dept need our help with administering the Covid 19 Vaccine to certain underserved population here in Columbus such as churches and select communities.  There are 4 modules that must be completed.  Start by reading the Just In TIme Training. Also a volunteer and Nurse Protocol form are required.  See the attached information.  Get the completed forms to me, I will turn them in and we can coordinate a team of volunteers to help in various settings.
