Thanks to each of you who advocated for SB 5222 which would require private health plans to reimburse ARNPs the same as physicians when providing the same service. Thanks also for your advocacy on the many important bills that promote access to quality care and care by ARNPs.  We also extend our thanks to Devon Connor-Green for his efforts as our lobbyist. While this is only his third session as a lobbyist, he has become highly regarded and highly sought after.  We are fortunate to have him reperesent us.

The attached file is a summary of the legislative session.  We will be working between now and the 2022 session to advance SB 5222 next year as well as working to pass HB 1141 to add ARNPs as providers to the Death with Dignity Act. We will continue our work with key legislators who can promote the bills and move them forward in the legislative process.  You may be contacted to assist with these efforts.  We will also be working to assure HB
