NCVH Lafayette, “Cardiovascular Update for the Primary Care Provider” symposium will be held Saturday, August 21st at the Cajun Dome.

In-person and Livestream attendance is available and accreditation is awarded after attendees complete an assessment related to the subject matter through the online NCVH member portal. Attendees can earn up to 6.5 hrs CME/CE credit.
