Dr. Stephanie Ibemere, postdoctoral fellow—Duke University School of Nursing, is conducting a study which aims to understand nurse practitioner satisfaction with in-person and/or telehealth visits, care delivery preference, and outpatient care delivery experience. You are being asked to take part in this one-time, 15-20 minute survey because you are a nurse practitioner. Participation is voluntary. By participating in this survey, you are giving permission for this information to be used to improve chronic care delivery via telehealth and inform future health policy on telehealth.
