UNP relies on you to nominate those whom you feel will contribute to the function of your state organization.
3. Wanted: UNP Legislative Committee Members 2021-2022
In recent years, UNP has made great strides in reducing barriers to our practice and we anticipate another busy legislative year. 2022 will include legislation to pass the updated APRN Compact and make the CARES pandemic provisions permanent . We need Committee Members to serve in this important role. Commitment includes Zoom meetings (monthly and weekly during the general session) and active outreach to NP peers (grassroots) and legislators. Our first meeting will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, October 6th at 7:30 pm. If you are interested in serving on the committee, please email jbalk@westminstercollege.edu
