Houston NAPNAP partnered with Star of Hope's Glad Tidings Adopt-a-Family program this holiday season. Their boys Zeus (11 yr old) and Ezra (3 yr old) require 24-hour care since they are medically complex. Their daughter Maya is a sweet 6-year-old who is a great helper to her family. A huge outpouring of generosity from our membership provided many developmentally appropriate toys, clothing including matching Christmas pajamas, books, and a gift basket with holiday candies and gift cards for food and gas. The family wanted everyone to know how much they appreciated our chapter providing for them this holiday season. Thank you to our community co-chairs, Donalee and Vickie, for bringing this opportunity to serve to our local Houston chapter.
