THIS WEEK IN REVIEW:

The opening week of the 2022 Florida Legislative Session ended today. All bills have now been filed, so please take a close look at the bill list and let us know if there are any that need special attention that we have not already discussed with you. The House and Senate held their joint Opening Session with Gov. Ron DeSantis giving his State of the State address. Redistricting was a hot topic, as well as appropriations requests moving through the House and discussions on healthcare funding.
