HB 140: The Ron Silverio/Heather Block End-of-Life Options Act.  

Passed the DE House Health and Human Services Committee (5/16/23) and is now being sent to the House Floor.  Please  contact your House of Representatives member to state your position. 

HB 136: DE Preceptor Tax Credit Bill

Being heard at Noon Today 5/17/23 - please contact your legislator about this bill to help DE Preceptors of RNs and APRNs receive some tangible benefit.
