2.  Upcoming Quarterly meetings at Rush Oak Park:  November 16, 2023 and February 15, 2024

•        Elections will be held prior to February 15, 2024 meeting, so please start to consider running for the           board.  Open positions include Secretary (2 year term) and President Elect (3 year term)!

3.  Alzheimer's Walk:  October 1, 2023 at Busse Woods in Elk Grove Village

•        Register to walk for our team or donate at https://act.alz.org/site/TR/Walk2023/IL-Illinois?     team_id=824602&pg=team&fr_id=16534
•        WE WILL BE ORDERING SHIRTS AGAIN THIS YEAR AND THE PROCEEDS FROM THE SHIRTS WILL ALSO GO TOWARD OUR FUNDRAISING FOR ALZHEIMERS ASSOCIATION - website for shirt orders will be sent in near future

4.  Research Award/Quality Improvement Grant - due date are flexible:  November 1, 2023 or May 1, 2024
