One of our members went to renew her malpractice with CM & F today and there is a special section that advised they will no longer cover an NP if they are prescribing a diet program requiring less than 799 calories a day and using HCG. If you do have a policy with CM & F, read the fine print before renewing. She called and spoke with a representative who informed her of this change effective Jan 1, 2024.
