Legislative Update:
Intravenous Vitamin Treatment: Provides requirements for persons administering
intravenous vitamin treatment; requires Board of Nursing, Board of Medicine & Board of
Osteopathic Medicine to adopt rules establishing procedures to administer intravenous
vitamin treatment & emergency protocols; provides exemption for certain licensed facilities.
