Hi All: Attached is a legislative summary for this past session. A couple of issues are still in play, most importantly the CRNA's attempt to prevent NPs/ PA's from ordering certain specific sedating medications, like propofol. We felt this to be detrimental to access to care for our patients and unnecessarily restrictive to our licenses.
