Teleprescribing Flexibilities Extended Through 2025
On Nov. 15, the DEA and Department of Health and Human Services announced a third temporary extension of the current telemedicine prescribing flexibilities through Dec. 31, 2025. The agencies stated that they will continue to carefully consider the input received and work to promulgate a final set of telemedicine regulations. AANP will continue to be actively engaged in these efforts along with our coalition partners. Further information is available in the DEA press release.
