Dear NPCCC members, At our mid-November meeting, we spent a few minutes honoring the life of Aileen Staller, our current NPCCC board secretary who passed away suddenly. She was a wonderful, passionate nurse practitioner. Aileen was the department chair at Ave Maria University for the past few years and had a focus on neurology and education. The NPCCC board has decided to donate to a charity for stroke victims called StrokeBusters (www.strokebusters.org), which Shawn King, APRN is a part of, in Aileen's memory. Please take a moment over this holiday season to think of Aileen and celebrate her life.
