WANP Members, here is a copy of the proposed bylaw revisions.   The last revision was in 2006 so we definitely need an update.   Please look these over and make any suggestions for changes or additions and these will be considered before the final draft comes to a vote.   We can discuss this further at our upcoming meeting and prior to a vote in the future.

Also, at the last meeting, I had a sign-up sheet for person's interested in serving on the nominating committee for a future officer slate.   I seemed to have lost this paper after the meeting so please email me your information again.
