You are invited to the Goals of Care Coalition's Legacy of Care Tribute on Thursday May 1, 2025, from 6-8:30pm at the Palace at Somerset Park.
The New Jersey Palliative Care APN Consortium is a member of the GOCC and has worked closely to advance policies that increase community based palliative care access and education. GOCC is hosting this fundraiser to celebrate Dr. David Barile, MD and welcome Dr. Hamza Habib, MD as the new Chief Medical Officer.
