Thank you for your patience on getting this survey out.  It is now complete!

Please take some time to complete the APPLE Educator Survey to help share information on what goes on at your institution related to APP education to be shared with the APPLE Members.  The survey will remain open until February 1st, 2026. Once all have been received, the APPLE board will compile all responses to be shared with the group and posted on a members only page on the website.  This will be great benchmarking information. If there is more than one APP Educator at your institution, please submit only 1 survey and complete it as a team.
