Hello everyone,

   I hope you are staying warm and enjoying the beautiful snow.  I have created a sheet with legislation that we are tracking with our lobbyist, Catalyst.  See the attached pdf for information.  

    Please pay attention to HB 2509/SB 41, which seeks to add APRNs to the Health Care Stabilization Fund.  As currently written, this legislation is not favorable to practicing APRNs in Kansas.  

    Other bills to watch are HB 2528 which is regarding BON changes and HB 2266 is about the APRN compact.
