NPA President & CEO Seth Gordon will appear tonight 3/24/2011 on Time Warner cable's YNN "Capital Tonight" statewide news program to speak about our NP Modernization Act (A5308/S3289). The NP Modernization Act will remove the requirement of a written practice agreement between a NP and a physician. Currently 16 states and the District of Columbia do not require any such agreement and 31 states either have or are in the process of legislation pending to authorize autonomous NP practice.
