Senators Collins (R/ME) and Conrad (D/ND) have sent a "Dear Colleague" letter to all members of the Senate inviting them to be cosponsors of S 227 the Home Health Care Improvement Act of 2011.  This bill permits NPs to certify patients to be eligible for home health care services without physician authorization.  An action alert was placed in the ebulletin last week asking all members to contact their Senators to ask them to be cosponsors of the bill.
