I recognize the challenge of access to mental health services within our Whatcom community.  As you know, patients with anxiety disorders are three to five times more likely to seek care in your medical offices according to the Association of Depression and Anxiety of America.

I am starting a 5-week class January 8th, 2014 that can empower your patients to learn self-management skills and provide you with a resource that may help them lead healthier lives.  I have over 30 years of experience and have a passion for teaching classes.  Thank you for sharing this opportunity with your patients.
