Capital Chapter, NPA- NYS Nurse Practitioner of the Year

Nomination criteria include chapter membership and meeting three or more of the following criteria

 1. Service and active membership to the chapter.

 2. Volunteer/community service that exemplifies the profession.

 3. Education of nurse practitioners.

 4. Research with relevance to NP clinical practice, education or policy.

 5. Advancement and promotion of NP practice.

 6. Promotion of the NP profession through leadership, clinical practice, mentoring and education.
