HB 1195 passed the House Healthcare Access Committee 13 to 0. All present voted to pass our bill which will add ARNPs to list of professionals that can sign Backer act forms. Next is the House Judiciary Committee. Work has only begun on passing this bill. Senate Bill (SB 1750)  is waiting for asignment to committee. If we pass the House Judiciary Committee the last stop, before full House vote, will be Health & Human Services Committee.
