HB 1195 Passed the House Judiciary Committee with a unanimous vote yesterday. This is the second committee in the House that it has received a unanimous vote. Next stop is the Health and Human Services Committee. Please email committee members and ask them to support HB 1195 to allow ARNPs to sign a certificate of involuntary examination for suicidal and homicidal patients.
