Our Baker Act Bill passed unanimously today. By a vote of 16-0 our bill will move to the house floor to be voted on. Currently the companion Bill SB 1750 awaits asignment to to the Senate floor. These are the last stops. Please everyone call or write their State Representative and Senator. Ask them to please vote for HB 1195 and SB 1750. Once these bills have passed it goes before the governor to be signed into law. We have only two weeks left in session and if we don't get a vote on the floor we will lose our bill for this year. So please take the time to call, email  or vist your local legislator.
