HB 1195 Passed the House Health and Human Services subcommittee yesterday unanimously!!  Now it will go to the floor of the house.  This date will be determined later.  Please continue to contact your Rep and Senator regarding the Baker Act Bill.

I have had it pointed out to me the Baker Act Bill has not passed the entire Senate.  It has passed the subcommittee there as well.  I apologize for any confusion this may have cause in regards to this bill.
