I was recently contacted by Moorea Warren from the State of California's Pre-existing Condition Insurance Plan (PCIP) to help get information out to our uninsured patients.  This plan helps people with pre-existing condtions who have been denied health insurance get coverage.  Please feel free to download and distribute the attachments to your patients.
