This is a gold mine website!  This website requires you to have an account (free) but once you are on it...you will have a hard time leaving it!  This site has videos of real patients, all ages, in which there is a review of presenting symptoms, vital signs, what the diagnosis is, links to articles....it is amazing!  It's sort of like Lay's potato chips....once you've seen one, you have to see them all!
