I am in the process of recruiting NP participants for my dissertation research, titled, "The Lived Experience of NP Graduates' Transition to Hospital Based Practice." I am conducting telephone interviews with participants who meet the inclusion criteria, which is explained in the attached letter of invitation and IRB approval form. I am also available to travel for a face to face interview if that is the preference of the participant.

If you would, please share this email and attachments with the NPs in your regions. So far, the interviews have taken 20-30 minutes, so participation should not be time intensive.
