NPs can NOW become Affliate Members of AAP- JOIN TODAY :-)
Nurse Practitioners can NOW become National Affliate Members of AAP, "...recruitment of NPs will proceed through AAP physician members and their practices. A FAAP will be required to sponsor the NP and attest that he or she is working on a pediatric care team that includes a pediatrician." (AAP News 2014;35;1) The affiliate members cannot vote.
