Statewide Medicaid Managed Care plans are now effective throughout Florida. All residents dually eligible and covered through Medicare and Medicaid have Medicaid Managed Assistance (a Medicaid HMO) as their primary or secondary insurance.
Clinicians and patients are experiencing difficulties accessing care and continuity of care may have been disrupted.  The AHCA in Florida has created the following presentation to gather information.
