The New York State Board of Nursing has posted the final regulations and attestation form for NY NPs who have completed more than 3,600 hours of clinical practice and wish to utilize this option for collaborative relationships in lieu of a written collaborative practice agreement. NPs interested in or needing more information about this option are encouraged to contact the state Board of Nursing
