HB 27A, our Controlled Substance bill, will be heard in the Senate this week. We expect to have some challenges getting the bill through the Senate.

We need every NP in Florida to email their Senator and ask them to vote in favor of the bill. At this point, we may not have enough votes for it to pass and need your support. Go to flsenate.gov and search for "prescribing" to find the bill. You can also find your senator and his email address here by going to :  http://m.flsenate.gov/senators
