Attached you will find a draft of our new bylaws, along with the 2012 copy.

As you will see, they are in a radically different form from our historical versions. The 2013 MAAPC Board read the Race for Relevance (http://www.raceforrelevance.com) and it's message made us rethink our direction and leadership. The new bylaws are based on Coerver & Byers' work.
