Sarah Schoof FNP-C is a graduate of Pace University and NY Medical College with a MS in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner in Family Practice.
She holds a MA in Social Science from Azusa Pacific University in CA.
Sarah’s is owner of Safari Health NP in Slingerlands, NY and provides travel immunizations, education and scripts.
She is Director of Medical Services at Capital City Rescue Mission Free Clinic, Albany, NY.
Sarah has practiced in NY, ILL, and Kijabe, Africa in private practice, public health, hospital, student health, with pediatric, well child and adult clients.
