Transitioned from a staff nurse to a director of nursing in long-term care psychiatric facility, then transitioned back to a staff nurse on an inpatient psychiatric unit; helped convert my long-term care facility from paper documentation to paperless documentation with success; helped implement a strict psychotropic medication reduction policy at the psychiatric long-term care facility.
Attained my doctorate degree while working full-time. Collaborating with different providers to improve patient outcomes.
