Professional Achievements:

Completed Duke Fellowship in Leadership and Management through  a Johnson & Johnson grant in 2016 at Duke Unversity in Durham North Carolina. 

Completed my Masters In Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Arizona in 2004

Attended Nothern Arizona Univeristy and graduated with a BS on psychology in 1988 and BSN in 1990

Currently attneding Arizona State Univeristy for my DNP in Innovation and Leadership with empahsis in Teaching 

Favorite Thing About My Profession:

I love taking care of people and also have an interest in health and well being of individuals and see human beings as wholisitic and constantly evolving and changing. 

I enjoy the autonomy and also the professional respect I receive as a Healthcare Provider 

Honoring respect for life and individual and personal preferences 

I enjoy precepting student DNP's and helping them develop into excellent heqalthcre providers and preosfessionals.

Virtues:

Volunteer at My Church Christian organization as an Usher and Assitant group leader in Financial  Peace University. 

Preceptor of the Year Award for ASU College of Nursing and health Innovation in 2014

Homor Society of Nursing -Sigma Theta Tau member since 1990
