Favorite Thing About My Profession:
Teaching patients, families, nurses, and residents about pain management by utilizing evidence-based practice (EBP) to ensure safety and deliver quality care. Mentoring new registered nurses (RNs) across all education levels from Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) to Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
Virtues:
I constantly desire to expand my knowledge, whether through engaging discussions with my colleagues, insightful interactions with patients, or learning from anyone who possesses greater scientific expertise than I do. Each opportunity to absorb new information excites me, as I believe that understanding different perspectives enhances my growth and ultimately improves my practice.
