Favorite Thing About My Profession:
I am deeply committed to patient education, empowering individuals with evidence-based knowledge about their health, and guiding them toward sustainable lifestyle choices that promote optimal well-being and healthy longevity.
Virtues:
FYI, I have been told that I am Stubborn?
I prefer to think of it as quietly resolute—a trait that serves me (and my patients) exceptionally well.
The same determination that keeps me digging for root causes when others would settle for a quick prescription is the reason why we are able to guide patient's toward real, lasting change instead of temporary fixes. Patients may not always like hearing the truth about sleep, diet, or stress, but they remember the provider who cared enough to stay the course with them.
So yes, I may be “stubborn.” However, in this line of work, that’s not a flaw—it’s a feature.
