Additionally, I played a key role in opening two new hospital units at separate facilities, contributing to staff onboarding, workflow development, and patient care implementation. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) while working full-time, and I have recently been accepted into a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program, marking the next step in my professional advancement and commitment to lifelong learning.
