Professional Achievements:

I was the first Independent Nurse Practitioner in the State of Vermont in 2012, when I established my own Primary Care Practice, Hope Medical Clinic PLLC.

I am a Primary Care Provider for adult and adolescents. I have previously worked for a Board Certified Chronic Pain Provider for 11 years, and have a Pain Management Clinic, and continue to work with a Board Certified Pain Management colleague.

I am a member of ILADS International Lyme and Tick borne Diseases Society, and treat lyme and coinfections.

I am a preceptor for multiple Universities including U Mass, George Washinton U., Kaplan U., Eastern Kentucky U., Boston U, UVM., UMCHS, to name a few. My past experience includes:

Independent contractor for the Vermont Department of Disabilities, for SSA Disability Exams.

BON Vermont Board of Nursing Nurse Practitioner member.

Previously certified in Oncology and Hospice.
