I earned my doctoral degree (DNP) in May of 2016. Original research "Preventing the Progression from Prediabetes to Diabetes Mellitus Type 2" Pending publication.
November 1, 2016 marked the day that I opened the first nurse practitioner independent solo practice in the State of Connecticut!
I could not have done it if it weren't for the amazing thought leaders in our state that persevered through it all to have the bill passed!
