Professional Achievements:

I am a preceptor and have trained over 10 new graduate nurses and welcomed them into the best profession I believe. I have spear headed several performance improvement projects that have improved the work flow and processes of my unit. I am a geriatric resource nurse and have special training in dealing with pts with dementia.

Favorite Thing About My Profession:

People and Science and the ability to use both to make a difference in their lives. I love to touch people and show them I care. I love to empower them with education and knowledge to help them conquer their disease processes.
