Completed Nurse Residency Program at Florida Hospital Tampa.

Nominated for clinical excellence award within first year of working as a nurse.

Precepted new employees on previous Med-Surg Unit.

2016-2017

Completed Perioperative Nursing internship at Moffitt Cancer Center.

Leader for the OR intern research project which examined the Utilization of Smoke Evacuators in the OR.

Contributed to data analysis for a patient study on In-patient Falls occurring at Moffitt Cancer Center.

Favorite Thing About My Profession:

My profession as an OR nurse is extremely rewarding, especially with working at a hospital devoted to fighting cancer. Just knowing that I am a part of a healthcare team that helps patients fight and cure cancer every day I come to work is an amazing feeling.
