Favorite Thing About My Profession:
I love making a difference in the lives of my patients and their families! I also enjoy working with an amazing interdisciplinary team on improving outcomes and coordiantion of care.
Virtues:
Providing quality care to patients and their families is extremely important to me. I treat families as I would want another healthcare provider to treat me. I coordinate high risk obstetrics and work with families shortly after an unexpected diagnosis has been made for their unborn baby. Through experiences in my role I have learned to be more empathetic towards the families that I work with and to show compassion and kindness during a time that would normally be one of the happiest periods in a couple's life.
